Wolfram electrodes sharpener WAG 40 MOST
The device is designed only for wolfram electrodes sharpening used in TIG welding. In wolfram electrode welding, the precise sharpening of an electrode is dependent on its diameter, welding current and current intensity. A sharp electrode allows for the perfect arc ignition and increases the lifetime of the electrode.
Description
Functions of the sharpener WAG 40 MOST:
- electrodes sharpening from 1,0 to 4,0 mm
- adjustment of sharpening angle from 15 to 180°
- a hole to adjust the depth to minimize electrode wear in sharpening
- electrode sharpening from 15 mm length
- for sharpening of short electrodes, longer collets (marked L) are needed from additional equipment
- to use on the table as well as in hand
- built-in replaceable dust filter (type 8511K1.H12)
- tabletop stand is optional
Sharpener WAG 40 MOST is necessary in orbital TIG welding, plasma welding and professional manual TIG welding.
Equipment is delivered in suitcase, with wolfram electrode handle and clamps on diameters 1,6; 2,4 and 3,2 mm, and set of spanners for sharpener maintenance.
