Automatic plasma-oxygen cutter
Description
Series of devices called SAPPHIRE are the highest quality industry devices which allow cutting materials of the thickness up to 300 mm. The cutting machine is intended to work in the toughest conditions in a constant motion. The device has mechanic and electronic elements which guarantee reliability and high efficiency at a minimum conservation. The cutting machine is manufactured in working width from 2000 to 6000 mm with an unlimited length of the longitudinal track.
The device is a proved solution in Robust construction and high productivity for production in perfection. One of the most awarded CNC cutting machine in it's class.

- HARRIS machine torches ensure achieving of high quality cutting,
- Wide possibilities of application: oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutting, plasma marking, drilling,

- Professional software for technological office, with automatic arrangement of the details on the metal sheet,
- Automatic adaptation of NC programme to the uneven placed metal sheet on the table,
- Automatic adjustment of the gases pressure ensures puncture of metal sheets with thickness up to 150 mm without the need of holes dribbling, which extends life of the consumables,
- Possibility of sheet beveling set application with oxy-fuel and plasma torches,
- The device tested in over 200 companies in Poland as well as abroad, in the hardest conditions of operation in heavy industry, shipyards and ironworks.
